The creation of a revolutionary product begins with an inspirational idea. Our idea was to create a powered skateboard with flow. This means keeping all the familiar aspects of a traditional skateboard while avoiding the design flaws of current powered boards: like excess weight, bully external motors and drag while kick-pushing the board. Our answer is board. Our answer is Manta Drive: a direct drive, in-wheel motor system like nothing currently available.

The Manta Drive has no gearing, no belts, and no limitations. It oers smooth acceleration with no resistance to the wheel, allowing the M1 to glide like a traditional skateboard. This is achieved thanks to its floating motor assembly; the only components linking the wheel to the motor are free spinning bearings. No one should have to plan their day around electrical outlets and charging times. That’s why the Inboard M1 is the world’s first electric skateboard with swappable battery packs.

A depleA depleted battery can be swapped in seconds with a fresh backup in one of three sizes. From pocket sized to full sized, M1 owners can choose the battery that matches their daily needs. The depleted battery can be re-charged inside the M1 or on its own with a separate charging cable. A full charge can be achieved in about 90 minutes.

The Inboard “Vision” mobile app keeps you in control of every aspect of your M1. Optimize performance, view battery levels, and adjust settings all with a swipe, thanks to the intuitive and simple user interface.

Modes: “Gets better as you get better”Our beginner mode maOur beginner mode makes it easy and safe for anyone to ride a powered skateboard. If this is your first time on a powered skate (or any skate for that matter), the beginner mode will get you up and riding by reducing the overall top speed and reducing the acceleration curve. When you’re ready to take your riding to the next level, our Advanced mode gives the progressing rider more acceleration and top speed. With Eco Mode you can go further! Our motor controller continuously monitors and analyzes the Manta Drive performance. This allows the M1 to automatically adjust its speed and acceleration to ensure the rider gets the most range out of the board given the current riding conditions

Board Lock: “Lock it down” With the Inboard Passcode Lock, simply lock your board with one swipe from the dashboard using our intuitive interface.

Updates: “On The Fly Updates”Download and push Firmware updates to your M1 Board via the Vision Mobile App. This way you and your board are always up to date with the most advanced firmware for optimized performance.
