On 8-23-2013 I dispatched to Regional West Medical Center in reference to a found cell phone. I made my way to the emergency room and retrieved the phone. Hospital security officers did not know who the phone belonged to. The phone was identified as a black Samsung Straight Talk Trac phone. The phone number on the phone was identified as 308- 672-3166. I took the phone back to the police department and placed the phone into evidence under control # 47006 for safekeeping. The serial number was identified as A3LSCHR375C.
