Track & Trace

With FORCAM FORCE™ you can continually track your products during production – always knowing exactly where – when – and by whom it was processed, where it was stored and how it was transported. Traceability allows full transparency throughout the entire product lifecycle back to the individual parts. Each product is clearly identifiable either by a serial number, a lot or batch number. In case that is not enough, Track & Trace can also collect all process-relevant data such as pressure, spindle speed, temperature, etc. and file them in the system to be linked to work orders and batches.

Document Control

The Document Control module in the FORCAM FORCE™ suite visualizes data intuitively and simplifies data administration. Orders are automatically streamed from the ERP system and linked with production-related information from CAD, NC and PLM systems. The Product Data Management submodule manages the flow of data while the DNC submodule stores and manages all NC programs as files. Based on freely definable key terms, the information is projected directly onto electronic production maps for each operator.
