AUTOMATIE | PMA LEADING PROFESSIONAL MAGAZINE IN INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION AND INSTRUMENTATION IN THE NETHERLANDS AND BELGIUM 2

DE REDACTIE | Our multidisciplinary editorial team consists of independent specialists and authors that wish to share their experience with the reader. This team is driven by curiosity and enthusiasm, as well as by passion for the job. This is how we safeguard actuality and ties with domestic and international markets.

EDITORIAL BOARD | Automatie | PMA has an editorial board to stay up to date with the latest technological developments and for a healthy insight into the practical side. This board is an advisory body that includes professionals from business, industry, and science. This combination of editorial team and board gives Automatie | PMA a special advantage and market recognition. The whole team is introduced on the next page. BRANCH ORGANISATIONS | Automatie | PMA actively seeks collaboration with branch organisations and knowledge institutes. Some of the organisations that we have been sharing knowledge with for a long time include PI Benelux, FHI, FEDA, Mikrocentrum, ISA, Botlek study group, NEN, and WIB. We are in contact with supplier, developer, system integrator and end user networks, so we can reach a huge target group over a broad professional area.

Automatie | PMA Magazine is for all industrial automation

Process Automation and Instrumentation

Production and Machine Automation

With the advance of digitalisation, automation solutions for the process and manufacturing industry are increasingly converging, creating more

and more hybrid environments. Automatie magazine was therefore enhanced thirteen years ago with PMA (Production and Machine Automation), which covers all relevant topics in factory automation.

PMA’s target group also includes technicians, engineers, operators, specialists and management, and especially targets manufacturing companies, mechanical engineering, and the OEM market.

For more than 60 years, Automatie has in the broadest sense targeted readers with an interest in industrial automation and instrumentation. The

magazine is published eight times a year, providing not only practical stories and intelligence, but also an insight into technological developments. Dutch and Belgian readers are active at various levels in companies and professional organisations. Alongside technicians, engineers and operators dealing with instrumentation and process automation in practice, readers furthermore include management and board members developing the DMU with regard to instruments, components, and systems.

EDITORIAL BOARD 2020Reliable information is valuable. And certainly when actuality plays a significant role, as this information enables one to determine both a vision for the future and a strategy. Editorial team members are also part of the editorial board, and everyone does so on a personal title, so as to rule out any conflict of interests.
