States that based on a technical analysis of informationsubmitted to IDEM pertaining to site conditions, IDEMconcludes that current site conditions do not present athreat to human health or the environment and that IDEMthreat to human health or the environment and that IDEMdoes not plan to take or require a response action at thebrownfield site
