Intergovernmental Relations/SeniorAdvisor for ExternalRelations for theCity ofBoston.

2. Starting in or about May 2014, defendant KENNETH BRISSETTE

BRISSETTE ), a resident ofBoston, Massachusetts,was employedas the Directorofthe

Office of Tourism, Sportsand Entertainmentfor the City ofBoston. The mission of the Office

ofTourism, Sports and Entertainment is to promote all public events in the City of Boston. As

part ofthat mission, the OfficeofTourism, Sports and Entertainment assists companiesand

individualsseeking to stage events in Boston, includingmusic and sports performances,

filmmaking,etc., including assistancein securing pennits to use at public areas in Boston.

3. The Intemational Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees ( lATSE ), Local 11

Local 11 ), was a labor organizationthat representedover 200 employees including
