Background
This industrial bakery is supplying bread to a supermarket chain in the Netherlands. Due to the
huge success of their fresh baked bread, a new facility is being built and the current bakery
can be sold. There is a line for tin bread and a line for buns and rolls. The capacity of the tin
bread line is 2800 pieces per hour, the capacity of the bun roll line is 18.000 pieces per hour.
The bakery is from the year 2000 and is currently still in production. The equipment will be
available from the end of 2015.
The bakery has been extremely well maintained, all manuals, maintenance logs and electrical
schedules are available.

1100 gram (depending on dough type) Teflon coated hopper foot, thermometer in hopper foot
with digital termperature display above divider.
Benier checkweigher BC 6000, 60 programmes, LCD screen with all product information. Com-
plete with BU 6000 rejecting unit with dough collection buckets for removal of dough pieces
outside the weight tolerance.
Benier All-round conical rounder, Teflon coated, infeed South, output East, with adjustable
tracks.

Tin bread line - first proofer
Benier 2100 first proofer. Capacity 2800 pieces / hour, proofing time 45 minutes, net content
2100 pieces. 195 stainless steel swings with 12 nylon gauze cups each, double infeed. Free-
standing isolated cabinet , outside measurements 6300x4580x4400mm (lxwxh) with 2 doors.
Recirculation climate unit TH-DH 1,0 incl. Defensor steam generator and stainless steel ca-
nals.

Tin bread line - long moulder
Dough transport from first proofer to longmoulder, with double-pieces detection.
Benier MI-600 longmoulder, belt width 600mm, working width max. 450mm, pressure board
2000mm long, foldable and height adjustable, brush with scraper on bottom of belt, dough
pieces recognition and digital numerator.
Central control unit for the hopper, divider, check weigher, rounder, transport, first proofer,
climate unit, transport and moulder.
