o Technological improvements from precedent versiono Applications
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICSo Power supply: 100÷240 Vac 50/60 Hz, 15Watt (Class 1
Electrical Insulation).
o System durability: 5 years - h 24/24 (43.800 hours)
o Temperature: 0÷40°C 0÷95% (in no condensate conditions) relative humidity
o Data display: Display with 4 Lines 20 big types white and blue.
o Keyboard: 7 keys
o Cable connections: by connectors
o Relé: Number 6 ( 250 Vac)
PARAMETERS MEASUREMENTo pH: 0.00÷14.00 pH (±0.01 pH accuracy)
o Redox: ±2000 mV (±1 mV accuracy)
o Temperature: 0÷105°C (0.5 °C accuracy) (Preset for PT100 and PT1000 sensors)
o Flow rate: 0÷1500Hz
o Biweekly timer: 0÷24 h, fortnightly
o Conductivity: 1μS÷20mS
FUNCTIONS DESCRIPTIONo INSTRUMENT DISPLAY: the instrument allows 5 different
displays to be explored by right and left keys.
KEYSo Esc/Mode: double function
o Esc: exit menu function
o Mode: Set Point parameters display (3 sec. pressing)
o Cal: Calibration menu (3 sec. pressing)
o Enter: to start all functions and allow all the alarms display (3 sec. pressing)
o Esc+Enter: pressed together allow programming menu direct access (3 sec. pressing)
o Keyboard navigation: Up, Down, Right, Left, for parameters selection and navigation menu
FUNCTIONS MENUo LANGUAGE MENU: Allows to select a language
o CALIBRATION MENU: Allows pH, Rx, Cd, Temp probes calibration
o SETTINGS MENU: Allows parameters setting: PH, CD, RX, flow rate, Temperature and biweekly.
o STATISTICS MENU: Allows system statistics display.
o ADVANCED MENU: Allows to set password, control panel fuctions and remote control, via serial port.
pH SETTINGo Relay Logic: this setting allows to choose between a timed
or proportional set-point dosing.
o Current output: this setting allows to set current range (0/20mA or 4/20mA) and its relative pH range.
o Alarms: this setting allows to set the pH minimum and maximum limit beyond which the instrument goes into alarm. It allows also to decide if only start the alarm or to stop the instrument.
CONDUCTIVITY SETTINGo Relé logic: this setting allows to choose between a timed
or proportional set-point dosage.
o Current output: this setting allows to set current range (0/20mA or 4/20mA) and its relative conductivity range,
o Alarms: this setting allows to set conductivity minimum and maximum limits beyond which the instrument goes into alarm. It allows also to decide if only start the alarm or to stop the instrument.
o Reference temperature: it allows to set a reference temperature for the reading of this parameter, by choosing among 18°, 20°, 25°.
POTENTIAL REDOX SETTINGo Relé Logic: this setting allows to choose between a timed
or proportional set-point dosing.
o Current output: this setting allows to set current range (0/20mA or 4/20mA) and its relative potential redox range (in mV),
o Alarms: this setting allows to set potential Redox minimum and maximum limits beyond which the instrument goes into alarm. It allows also to decide if only start the alarm or to stop the instrument.
FLOW RATE SETTINGo Frequency output: this instrument has 4 frequency
outputs. Depending on the number of strokes received from the sensor, it can multiply or divide them (according to a coefficient N).
o Current output: this setting allows to set current range (0/20mA or 4/20mA) and its relative flow rate (in L/S).
o Alarms: this setting allows to set flow rate minimum and maximum limits beyond which the instrument goes into alarm. It allows also to decide if only start the alarm or to stop the instrument. It is necessary to set the sensor (water meter counter or rotor) and related characteristics (strokes/L and K coefficient).
TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT SETTING
o Relé Logic: this setting allows to choose between a timed or proportional set-point dosing.
o Alarms: this setting allows to set temperature minimum and maximum limits beyond which the instrument goes into alarm. It allows also to decide if only start the alarm or to stop the instrument.. Also the kind of sensor has to be set (PT100 or PT1000)
BIWEEKLY MEASUREMENT SETTING
o Programmes: it allows to set the programme number (P1..P6), the days of the week during which the program will be started, the starting time of the program, the quantity to be dosed and the week in which the system is wanted to be started. (W1 o W2).
o Flow rate: it is set in order to have a correspondence between programmes and quantities to be dosed.
TECHNOLOGICAL IMPROVEMENTS
From precedent version:
o Conductivity control
o Timed dosages
APPLICATIONS
o Biological oxidation depuration plants
o Industrial water treatment and drenage
o Fish farming
o Potable or primary water
