Whereas vide lst Amendment/Lease Deed executed on 29.2.2000, the name ofthe unit Mis INDIA PHOTOGRAPHIC CO. LTD. was changed to M/s KODAKINDIA LTD. and second amendment /Lease Deed executed on21.4.2014 theunit was transferred from M/s KODAK INDIA LTD. to M/s KODAK ALARIS INDIAPVT. LTD.
Whereas now the lessee of the Unit has applied to the lessor to transfer theunit from M/s KODAK ALARIS INDIA PVT. LTD. to M/s HELIOS LIFE SCIENCESLTD. The lessor has granted permission to do so on compliance of the termsand conditions as stipulated in his letter No.3488 dated 21.7.20t6.
And whereas the lessee has paid to the lessor an amount of Rs.10,59,8491-(Rupees Ten Lakhs Fifty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fourty Nine) only L0%of the prevailing amount of premium amount towards Transfer Fee,Rs.1,L8,73 5/- (Rupees One Lakh Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred ThirryFive) only towards Advance annual Maintenance Charges, Rs.2,11,9701-(Rupees Two Lakhs Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy) only towardsAdvance annual Lease Rent.
AND WHEREAS on compliance of the terms and conditions stipulated in letterNo. 3488 dated 21.7.2016 referred to above, the lessor has granted transferpermission vide No. 5492 dated 29.L0.2016 for the Amendment in theoriginal lease deed.
