The potential of these modem techniques for fail- ure-mode analysis and a compari- son to traditional FMA methods, such as SEM and SEM with EDS, was included in this presentation. At the conclusion of the seminar, the group was transported to the new, 65,000 ft 2, state-of-the-art fa- cility, which is home to EC&S' ex- panding staff. A poster session cov- ering an array of the EC&S technologies was also presented.
