Ed Kudrak , Director, Technology & Technical Service, and Chen Xu, R&D Principal In- vestigator, reviewed the strengths and weaknesses of modem surface analysis techniques. The potential of these modem techniques for fail- ure-mode analysis and a compari- son to traditional FMA methods, such as SEM and SEM with EDS, was included in this presentation. At the conclusion of the seminar, the group was transported to the new, 65,000 ft 2, state-of-the-art fa- cility, which is home to EC&S' ex- panding staff. A poster session cov- ering an array of the EC&S technologies was also presented.

The agreement allows DuPont Powder Coatings to incor- porate the AgION Antimicrobial Compound into powder coatings on behalf of end-use customers of both companies. The agreement goes on to acknowledge DuPont Powder Coatings as the preferred supplier of powder coatings that incorporate the AgION Antimi- crobial Compound, an advanced silver-based bacteriostatic agent.
