Fee on registration of the transfer of ownership of the land:

o Maintenance fee is due and payable from the date of transfer until 31 December + 1 

year.  

o Electricity meter deposit of 4,623 THB is payable on the date of transfer.

21 m3 to 30 m3  50 THB/ m3 

31 m3 to 40 m3  60 THB/ m3 Note: 1 m3 = 1,000 litres        The average person in the U.S. uses about 6.8 m3 of water per month (Data from the US Environmental Protection Agency).  

Electricity Rate  The electricity will be billed directly to the property and is payable directly to the Provincial Electric Authority (PEA).
