Bakon vodkaIdaho-potato distilled vodka infused with thesavoury taste of bacon.Seattles Black Rock Spirits wanted to give itthe essence of a delicious crisp slice ofpeppered-bacon, the website says.They say it makes great caesars and even a BLTmartini. Not available in Canada. Yet.

In a quest to use bacon in a recipe of thesweeter variety, the sta at MissCoras Kitchen in Toronto

brainstormed until theydecided to swap chocolatechips for butterscotch chipsand added bacon, of course. Bigchunks of crispy pork strips ontop finish o the salty and sweetcookie.

According to a recent survey ofCanadians by Maple Leaf Foods,when asked to choose betweenbacon and sex, more than four in 10(43%) chose bacon.

Thanks to Baconlube, Canadianswill never have to choose betweentwo of lifes greatest pleasuresagain, the statement said.
