She was called to take part of the jury in many national and international competitions. She was piano teacher in many summer and annual masterclasses. She teaches at the Conservatory “G. Puccini” in Gallarate and was teacher in the Conservatory in Trapani and Ravenna. She is testimonial of Celviano Grand Hybrid by Casio.
Irene Veneziano, plays regularly in Europe, Asia, Africa, South America and America. In January 2011 she had her debut at the Alla Scala Theatre in Milan, having great success from public and critics. In Beijing she was appointed an honorary member of Beijing Bravoce Music Club and in Perù she received the honorific title “Visitante distinguida”. She was awarded the “G. Sinopoli” Scholarship for the best degree student from the Academy "S. Cecilia" in Rome, receiving the award from the President of the Italian Republic G. Napolitano. In 2017 she was awarded the National Prize for culture “Toyp 2017” and she was also chosen for the exhibition “Donne. Mujeres italianas que han cambiado la historia” in Logroño (Rioja, Spain). She was awarded in more than 30 national and internationals piano competitions. She was semifinalist in the prestigious 16th "International Piano Competition F. Chopin" in Warsaw 2010 and finalist at the “International German Piano Award” in Frankfurt 2015; she also obtained Prix Jean Clostre in Genève, 2nd Prize in B&B in New York, Premio “Casella” in Premio Venezia competition, First Prize and Grand Prix at Tim Competition in Paris 2012. She plays in duo with the renowned flautist Andrea Griminelli. She played with important musicians as the flutists W. Bennett, S. Jacot, D. Formisano, M. Marasco; with the 1° bassoon in Teatro Alla Scala in Milano V. Zucchiatti; with Terpsycordes Quartet; with the violinists F. Dego, D. Pascoletti (Concertino in Teatro Alla Scala in Milano); with the singers S. Pirgu, P. Mazzocchetti, B. Frittoli; with the pianist B. Canino; with the guitarist E. Segre. She worked with important orchestra conductors as Yuri Bashmet, Stanislaw Kochanovsky, Pier Carlo Orizio, Ovidiu Balan, Reinhard Seehafer, Emmanuel Lahoz, Massimiliano Caldi, Giancarlo De Lorenzo, Stephanie Pradoroux, Jader Bignamini, Keith Goodman, Vladimir Elner. The musical magazine Amadeus published her solo piano Cd and a Cd dedicated to O. Respighi in duo with violin. She recorded a Cd with music of the italian composer Franco Salaris and a Cd with music by Remo Vinciguerra published by Edizioni Curci. Edizioni Vigormusic published her compositions “Rêve" for flute and piano and “Profumo” for solo piano. She is artistic consultant of the music festival in the oncologies "Music donors".
