Local Context
• Eligibility in the local context (ELC) program recognizes students
accomplishments in the light of opportunities offered by their
particular high schools.
• For California students to be considered for a guarantee in the
local context, they must complete 11 specific yearlong courses by
the end of junior year (including summer)
