For fifteen (15) years, CBS has rolled out solid software systems and web applications in virtually

every industry: Banking, Insurance, Telecommunication, Utilities, Health, Retail, Government,

Manufacturing, Micro-Finance, and Educations. CBS has excellent capacity in software

development and consulting. We are a Microsoft Certified Partner and the only Oracle Approved

Education Partner in Lesotho. Our Software developers follow internationally renowned methods,

with our training center approved by several international bodies (e.g. Oracle University and

Prometric).

Training and Capacity Building

CBS actively trains individuals and groups from Government, Corporations, Schools, and Small to

Medium Enterprises. Both on-the-job and class-room types of training are offered, with eLearning

on select courses such as Oracle. For many serious organizations and individuals, CBS is the

training center of choice. A wide variety of courses is available in IT and business. Many

international certification programs are offered. CBS is an accredited testing center for all

Prometric exams (including Microsoft certifications).

Infrastructure Services

CBS is gratified to supply the world’s best computer brands and security devices, from IBM, to HP,

to CISCO, to mention some key models. A wide range of infrastructure services is available,

including maintenance, configuration of sophisticated IT equipment and devices (firewalls,

servers, routers, switches, etc.)

We provide cabling and installation of high speed networks (Fibre, Cat 6, etc.), including wireless

deployments. We ensure good returns on network investments by assisting with the identification

of the right information systems to run on the networks and the right in-house skills for sustaining

the projects. The organizational needs drive the infrastructure requirements. We go beyond

providing boxes and cables to ensure that your computing environments is appropriate and

secure for your ICT aspirations and performance goals.

ICT Outsourcing

We encourage ICT outsourcing for customers who do not wish to make big investments in ICT

personnel training and retention. CBS will Collaborate with the client by running its ICT function

and help with strategy formulation. Example services include network management and web

application hosting. CBS has modern technology that enables the provision of these services

intelligently and efficiently. Currently, more than fifty organizations have outsourced certain

components of their ICT services to CBS (e.g., networks and website systems). This way, the

organizations are better able to focus on their core business while still enjoying every benefit of

competitive ICT services.

Staff Capacity

CBS management and staff are comprised of technical and business specialists. There are

various tertiary qualifications across different employee levels. Many have attained international

(industrial) certifications in their areas of expertise. CBS members regularly upgrade their

academic and professional certifications.

Facilities and Premises

CBS workers use more than one hundred computers and electronic devices on a secure cluster of

networks for training, development, research, and experimentation. Two high links connect the

company to the internet. There are several training and experimentation laboratories. A fleet of

cars and vans enables speedy response to customer needs and support. Through mature

management practices and highly determined staff, CBS survived the 2009 recession, now re-

emerging on the front foot again experiencing unparalleled growth in assets, revenues, and

customers.
