Contents: What does the Diploma Programme curriculum contain?

The curriculum contains six subject groups and a core of three parts.

three subjects at higher level (240 hours each).

three subjects at standard level(150 hours each).

all three parts of the core.

Requirements for the IB Diploma:Study of six disciplines with acceptable scores on one examination from each group.Minimum of 3 examinations at Higher Level and maximum of 4 at Higher LevelMaximum of 3 examinations at Standard Level and minimum of 2 at Standard LevelCompletion of Extended EssayCompletion of Theory of Knowledge 1 and 2Completion of 150 hours of Creativity, Action, and Service activities group.
