Large Groups
Private Field Trips
Groups enjoy select activity venues (pools, rock wall, game room, etc.) during hours areas are typically closed. Not exclusive use of activities.
Groups consisting or less than 50 persons access activity venues during regularly scheduled open hours. See schedule for details. Not exclusive use and subject to availability.
Kroc staff work with large groups to design a visit that ensures an enjoyable experience for all. Individuals may be asked to divide into smaller groups to rotate through the requested activities at designated times. Not exclusive use and subject to availability.
Hourly rental of one or more venues allows any-sized group to customize their experience and enjoy exclusive use of reserved activities. Subject to availability and requires facility agreement and minimum 30-day advanced reservation. $9/person access fee applies.

Important Information to knowMinimum 14 day advanced booking required on all field trips (30 days for private field trips).
Chaperones required at a 1 adult to 10 children ratio and must supervise children in all areas. Chaperones are charged day-use fee.
Day Use Agreements are required and must be signed by a parent or legal guardian then presented at check-in.
Minors must have a Rock Wall Waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian or they are not allowed to climb.
A Facility Rental Application is required at least 30 days in advace for all private rentals.
Children 7 and under must be within arm’s reach of supervising adult at all times when in the pools.
Groups without reservations are not guaranteed activity availability, are subject to facility schedules/closures, and non-refundable day pass fees.
Outside food or drink is not allowed in the facility; however, groups may use outside table areas to eat any food or snacks brought with them.
No street clothes or cotton clothing allowed in the pools.
No sandals or flip flops allowed in the gym or on the rock wall – please ensure participants wear appropriate shoes.
