Depart for Democrat 11:15 a.m. Arrive Democrat 11:50 a.m. Form at Democrat 11:50 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Picket 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. On-load buses 1:00 p.m. Arrive Great Hall 1:30 p.m. Lunch 1:30 - 3:00 p.m. PARKING AT GERMANTOWN GREAT HALL: The Germantown Great Hall and Convention Center has 170 parking spots located off of Germantown Parkway and Watkins Rd. This parking lot can be used until all slots are filled. A “LOT FULL” sign along with an attendant will be present once full. Once filled, attendees will need to park on the East side of the building. This parking lot can be accessed from Germantown Parkway and Neshoba Rd. or Germantown Pkwy. and Farmington Blvd. to Exeter Rd. If parked on the East side, follow the signs. Attendees will need to walk around the iron fenced pool area via the sidewalk to reach the entrance of the Germantown Great Hall and Conference Center. There will be signs directing you toward the Great Hall entrance. There are no passageways to the Great Hall via the Germantown Fitness or Performing Arts Centers.

ON-LOAD GREAT HALL: All pilots will be issued a slip identifying what bus they are assigned to expedite on-load. The buses will be in a line from bus 1 at the door entrance to the Great Hall through bus 10 parked behind the Great Hall. The bus captains will stand by their respective bus and facilitate on-load.

Bus captains will brief protocol for picketing en-route to destination and then run a DVD loop until arrival. The route is Watkins Rd. to Germantown Pkwy. to Poplar Ave. to I-240 exiting at Airways South, and Democrat Rd. Police escort will be provided for safety by Germantown and Memphis Police Departments.

OFF-LOAD AT DEMOCRAT: There are two 2-hour parking areas in front of AOC (South side of Democrat marked in purple), and one large no parking area in front of AOC and the Shipping Center. We will use these two parking areas for offload. Five buses per parking area. Should take 5-10 minutes to off-load and get in place. Form to the center from both off-load locations and work back towards Republican and the entrance to AOC, respectively. Once filled, we will form a second line to rear of first from the center point. Eastern most off-load point: Bus 5 will offload first, followed by four through one. Western most off-load point: Bus 6 will off-load first followed by buses seven through 10. Pilots at AOC will meet at the Aramark Cafeteria and perform the necessary check-in and receive a quick briefing at 11:15 a.m. They will depart the Aramark cafe and walk down the B2/B3 (green) corridor at 11:45 a.m. to the front foyer. Pilots will exit the building and join their fellow pilots on the sidewalk once the buses arrive. PARKING AT AOC: Parking is not available at the Business Park at Democrat and Republican. The owner of the property does not want us to park there (marked in red). Lamb Pl. is NO PARKING on both sides of the street (marked in red). Only available parking in the vicinity of the Informational Picketing site will be the Democrat Lot and Out and Back Lot.

INFORMATIONAL PICKETING: Informational picketing will occur from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. ON-LOAD AT DEMOCRAT: Orderly walk to buses. Pilots do not need to get on the bus they rode in on. Bus captains count for 56 individuals per bus.

RETURN ROUTE TO GERMANTOWN GREAT HALL: The return route is Democrat Rd. to Tchulahoma Rd. to Lamar Ave. to I-240 to Poplar Ave. to Germantown Pkwy. and Neshoba Rd.
