• VAVs(Variable Air volume Valves) to regulate the flow of the cold air depending on the feedback from the Building Management System(BMS) controller software as per the inputs recived from the zonal temperature sensors(Themostats).

• VFDs(Variable Frequency Drives) to regulate the speed of the Chillers and the AHUs to reduce the power consumption by reducing the speed as per the feedback from the BMS.

• Software controlled operations based on parameters like ambient temperature, Relative Humidity and the zone temperature.

• Utilization of various modes of cooling during winters.(free cooling mode etc).

• Heat Recovery Wheels to prevent cooling losses due to the exhaust air.

• CO2 sensors to activate the fresh air intake to maintain air quality.
