Massive Use of Natural Gas – Natural Gas Pipeline Network across the Regions of Apurimac, Ayacucho, Huancavelica, Junin, Cusco, Puno and Ucayali (USD 236 Millions)
The project consists in the design, finance, construction, operation and maintenance of a natural gas distribution pipeline network in twelve cities of the referred Regions. The project will be supplied with natural gas as compressed natural gas, liquefied natural gas and/or via pipelines to a certain transport or production system.
Status: On May 28th, the fifth version of the contract was published. The award is expected during the second semester of 2019.

Headwaters and Pipeline Works for Lima’s Potable Water Supply (Obras de Cabecera) (USD 700 Millions)
The Project consists on the design, finance, build, operate and maintain of: i) Enlargement of Pomacocha and Huallacocha Bajo dams (approx. 90 MCM), ii) Water intake and canals in Yauli river, iii) Pomacocha - Rio Blanco transfer works (approx. 10 km of trans-Andean tunnels), iv) Drinking water plant in Huachipa (5 m3/s) v) South branch conduction line (approx. 25,6 Km), vi) Complementary works (reservoirs and interconnection works)

Huancayo – Huancavelica Railway (USD 271,82 Millions)
The project consists on the rehabilitation works of the Huancayo – Huancavelica Railway, and its following operating and maintenance services. The railway has a length of 128.7 Km. It begins its route in the city of Huancayo and ends in the city of Huancavelica, offering the population the services of transportation.
Status: The award is expected during the second semester of 2019.
On January 15th the seventh version of the contract was published.
The deadline to submit the envelope number 1 (prequalification credentials) will be until September 2019.

Operation and Maintenance of the Lima Convention Center (TBD)
The project consists on the operation, exploitation, conservation and comprehensive maintenance of the Lima Convention Center.
Status: Estimated award date first semester 2020.
ROADS
Longitudinal de la Sierra Road - Section IV (USD 2,988 Millions)
The project consists on the rehabilitation and upgrade works of 117 km of roads, the regular initial maintenance of 280 km of roads and the operation and continuous maintenance of 970 km of roads in order to conserve the highway at established levels of service.
Status: The new schedule will be published by ProInversion. The award is expected during the first semester of 2020.

The project will consist in the financing, construction, operation and maintenance of a wastewater installation in Puerto Marldonado.

New wastewater treatment plant for Huancayo, El Tambo and Chilca (USD 90.25 Millions)
The project consist in the construction of a new treatment plant of 80,700 m3/h capacity, the installation of 4 stations for water pumping among other infrastructure.

The project involves a North-South railroad of approximately 32 kilometers and will benefit 8 districts.

New High Complexity Hospital in Lima (USD 170 Millions)
The project consist in the design, construccion, equipment, operation and maintenance of complementary health services (“bata gris“) of a high-complexity hospital in Lima (“New Child and Adolescent health Institution”).

Tingo María – Aguaytía 220 Kv Link, Substations, Lines And Associated Extensions; La Niña – Piura 500 Kv Link, Substations, Lines And Associated Extensions And Pariñas - Nueva Tumbes 220 Kv Link, Substations, Lines And Associated Extensions
(USD 144 Millions)
The purpose of the project is to grant the concession for the construction of (i) The 220 kV Tingo María Nueva – Aguaytía transmission line (73 km) begins in the future Tingo María Nueva substation located in the Department of Huánuco and reaches the Aguaytía Substation, property of Aguaytía Energy, located in Department of Ucayali. (ii) The 500 kV La Niña – Piura transmission line will connect La Niña substation with the future Piura Nueva substation with an approximate length of 87 km. (iii) The 220 kV Pariñas - Nueva Tumbes transmission line (158 km) includes the branching of 220 kV L2280-Nueva Tumbes transmission line, the construction of Nueva Tumbes substation and extension of a cell in Pariñas substation for the exit to the Nueva Tumbes substation

Algarrobo Mining Project (USD 350 Millions)
The project will consist of the exploration, mining operation through an underground mine and processing a mineralized deposit located in the mining concessions Tambo Grande N° 4, Tambo Grande N° 5, Tambo Grande N° 9 and Tambo Grande N° 10, which form “El Algarrobo Project”.
Status: Estimated award date first semester 2020.
PORTS
Chimbote International Container Port Terminal (USD 110 Millions)
The project will consist of the design, construction, finance, preservation, exploitation and transfer of infrastructure of the new “container only” port terminal in the Port of Chimbote. The project aims to provide better services of stowage and unload of container shipments, as well as the transfer, handling and the stack of such shipments in the new terminal.

The project comprises of the construction of a highway of approximately 33.2 km between Elmer Faucett Avenue, Canta Callao Avenue and Circunvalacion Avenue.

The project includes building three doms in the Tambo River, Ica River and Pisco River basins for water reinforcement of the Ica and Pisco Valleys, recharging Villacurí and Lonchas aquifers, and improving irrigable areas near Huaytará and Castrovirreyna provinces in Huancavelica.
