INLINE PREMIUM SECONDARY CLEANER

Carryback from conveyor belts is an everyday occurrence, resulting in reduced operation efficiency, reduced safety, increased maintenance cost and increased environmental contamination.

The ESS INLINE Cleaners deliver superior belt cleaning performance in a variety of applications with outstanding ability to service.

BLADES

ESS offers a variety of blade materials, and the modular blade units accommodate different belt widths.

This system eliminates confined space issues for maintenance and installation.

Blade changeover happens extremely quickly, minimising the time the belt spends out of production with minimal manual handling risks.

Blade Change-out can occur while the belt is still running.

The ESS INLINE Premium Secondary Cleaner has different Blade Types including ABR Tool Steel blades for general purpose, tungsten carbide for very abrasive materials and high-speed belts, urethane blades for damaged belts and special applications, which can be combined to suit the materials and applications making this cleaner very versatile.

FEATURES & BENEFITS

MAINFRAME

The stainless steel mainframe constructions mean that corrosive environments are catered for, and serviceability is assured.

The narrow profile of the ESS INLINE Premium mainframe and blade assembly means that the cleaner can be located in even the most restricted head chutes.

The use of corrosion resistant materials such as cast stainless steel brackets, polymers slides and composite QuickSafe cartridge ensures smooth operation in most applications.

TENSIONING DEVICES

There are two types of tensioning devices available to maintain the blade to belt pressure throughout the life of the blade with minimal adjustment. These are the pneumatic and spring tensioners.

This provides optimal cleaning performance while preserving blade wear rates while removing material that would otherwise pass between the belt and the blade surface. ESS tensioning device allows blade adjustment while the conveyor is still running from outside the chute, allowing the applied pressure to be fine-tuning without the need to stop production.

HOW IT WORKS

The ESS INLINE Premium is a secondary belt cleaner, typically used in conjunction with a head pulley or Primary Cleaner such as an XHD Primary Belt Cleaner.

The INLINE Premium blades slide into a removable blade cartridge that extends past the cleaner mounts outside the chute. By releasing the blade to belt contact tension, from outside the chute and removing a pin, the complete blade cartridge can slide from the cleaner.

BACK UP AND SUPPORT

ESS backs up its products 100%. We proudly manufacture all our products at two separate locations in Australia.

ESS maintains local stores and service crew’s in most Australian mining centres. Service crews are available for installation, service, inspection and troubleshooting.

ESS design team provide a solution to your specific plant requirements.
