Visit Report of LMV001RTU Box material is not as good to withstand against in hot weather as its quality is very feeble. RTU connection cables all are not labeled properly.Right Sides ViewRTU BoxRTU box unsealed

Visit Report of LMV001A box is right in the bottom of the RTU box in which cable is placed unwrap without any reason. Open auxiliary box in RTU circuit with unpatched cable

Visit Report of LMV001Flexible pipe is of very low quality and did rusty

Visit Report of LMV001Plugs of ARM are not fixed correctly due to improper cables length. Cables connections tagging are not of good quality hence some of those was fall down.ARM jack is improper due to shortened cables lengthPatches are unlabeled.

Visit Report of LMV001Improper dressing and connection of AC cut wire as DG not kick on when AC Cut command is given to ARM it doesnt work meanwhile AC Cut status is generated. AC Cut relay connection are inappropriate

Suggestions:Rtu Box material need to improvise with a material which can resist harder against environmental changes.RMS cables are not properly channelized which are occurring problems. It not to be accurately set in right way. Labeling tags should be revamp of batter quality.Fuel sensor patching must be in a safe location and under covered.All cable pipes should be under grounded.RMS pipes coating is inadequate. It should be anti rusted and in plastic coating.
