• This is a smart console. Depending on your behavioral patterns features will adapt to give you a wonderful user experience.

Right Console
• It allows you enter any chat room.
• It also displays users by company, city and department thus making it the most structured business communication tool globally.
• User Status is displayed either online or offline and which company he/she belongs to.
• It also gives you a buddy list i.e. the users you most frequently communicate with for ease of use.
Main Console
• Header will display the company or the chat room you have entered virtually.
• The center area is the chat area, but it is also used for displaying the UI for the various features of the Right Console.
• The bottom allows the user to enter text for chatting or giving a “/ ” to activate the command list, which is one of its kind.

BcP Product Features Voice Conferencing
BcP has a voice conferencing module: Users can do voice conferencing with one or many
users
Recording of voice is also allowed on user request
Voice Conferencing is only permitted in IMs and Conferences and not in public chatrooms

BcP has a video conferencing module: Users can do video conferencing with one or many
users in parallel with text and voice chatting

BcP has an option to transfer files from one user to another.
There is a limitation on the file size.

Users have an option to select six preferences of countries to view on the main console.
Users can modify these as per their requirements.
User can also select a country and set a time to know what will be the time in each of the six preference countries selected.

Users have an option to select six preferences of currencies to view on the main console.
Users can modify these as per their requirements.

Users can broadcast messages to users belonging to a company, department or buddies
The broadcast message pops up on the main console for those who are online and gets saved in a repository for later display for users who are offline

Users can put up notices / articles / messages on the bulletin board for others to access
These notices will be put up on the bulletin board only with the approval of the admin of the company

The management of a company through the admin module can put up a list of products / services which it specializes or deals in.
Users from other companies can view using the ‘whois xxxxx’ command all the companies having a keyword ‘xxxxx’ in their product / services list.
The user can then communicate with these companies

The management of a company through the admin module can put up their buy and sell requests
These requests are valid for a limited period
Users from other companies can view using the ‘buy xxxxx’ or ‘sell xxxxx’ command, all the companies having a keyword ‘xxxxx’ in their buy or sell list respectively
The user can then communicate with these companies
BcP Product Features Scheduler
The user has an option to use BCP as a scheduler
The advantage over other schedulers is that it will have all the features of other schedulers which includes flexible reminders etc. but also shares your scheduler with other users.
Others only get to know your schedule in terms of busy or free and not with whom you have an appointment.
BcP Product Features Leave Application Forms
Users can fill in the leave application forms
Leave application forms will get displayed on the users mapped.
Leaves can also be granted through this module
BcP Product Features Conference Room Scheduler
The user has an option to use BCP as a Conference Room scheduler
Users will be able to view schedules whether they are free or booked through this module.
User can put up requests for booking of these conference rooms and on approval gets added to the respective scheduler
BcP Product Features Requisition Forms
Users can fill in the requisition forms for ordering or booking of various items:
• Rented cars• Taxis• Stationary• Computing Equipments
Status of these can be updated by the admin of the company
BcP Product Features Pantry Communication
BCP users can effectively communicate with the pantry to order for tea, coffee, beverages etc.
The pantry can be fitted with an LCD monitor with microphone, speakers and webcam
The message sent by the user can be converted to text as well as voice, thereby the pantry can listen to the orders as well. Once executed the status can be shown as complete
BcP Product Features Security Communication
BCP users can effectively communicate with the security, reception etc.
The security office or the reception can be fitted with an LCD monitor with microphone, speakers and webcam
The user can see and talk to his / her guest. The conversation can also be heard by the security or reception to initiate further action.
