The offering• Retrofit building control system
We use a international standard protocol (EN14908-3) to communicate over the 230v cabling already installed in a building.
• We add a module between the item controlled (at the moment mostly lighting).
• Why lighting?Independent documents from the LIA (Lighting industry federation)state a 75% reduction in energy consumption is possible by adding lighting controls to a building.
• Is it secure ?End to End encryption
6
So why doesn't everybody install a system?
7
• Traditional– Expensive– Disruptive– Restrictive monitoring points
• Our Solution– Competitive– Minimal disruption– All points monitored

OUR CHALLENGE• To provide an effective, chemical free, solution to the problems
associated with limescale deposits in water systems
• To remove previously deposited limescale without the need forchemical intervention
• To provide a way of descaling the entire hot water system ratherthan just concentrating on the hot water generator
• To maintain a healthy, energy efficient hot water system helpingtowards the elimination of bacterial contamination
The ENiGMA is an electronic water conditioner that
is applied externally to the pipe of the water system
or equipment requiring protection against damaging
limescale.
Wherever hard water is used, the ENiGMA helps to
maintain maximum efficiency in water heating and
cooling systems.

Why Are We Different? Our Innovation is not only our technology, but also in the way we work
with our customers to not only determine their needs, but to work with
them in demonstrating the improvements that can be made to their
system, and then proving the ENiGMA is working
We are the only company that can provide graphical
and statistical evidence of an improvement in system
efficiency through the removal of limescale.
ENiGMA is a sustainable solution to limescale problems!
No Chemicals, Saves on Water Usage, Improves Energy Efficiency
ENiGMA has no moving parts and has an expected life cycle of 20 years+
Ensures water fed plant & equipment lasts for its designed life cycle
Manufactured in the UK

We pride ourselves on the high quality of our furniture
35
We apply 7 layers of quality
1. Choosing good condition, brand name usedfurniture with timeless aesthetics, long-life components and great ergonomics (e.g. Orangebox, Senator, Bisley)
2. Sourcing high quality materials from top suppliers like Camira Xtreme (100% recycled), Egger and Kronospan.
3. Using the latest precision equipment for flawless finishes
4. Applying new technologies to restore surfaces
5. Rigorous testing and inspection
6. Grading to strict A+, A and B standards to meet customer expectations, needs and budgets
7. Warranting our parts and workmanship
• Remanufacturing is well-proven for more complex and mission-critical equipment:
• Most brand-name office photocopiers
• Caterpillar engines, which power the British Armed Forces
• Remanufacturing ≠ Used. Overcoming this misperception is our biggest challenge
36
We are an award-winning business and have attracted the attention of a number of large organisations
We are pursuing enquiries from:
• A university
• A global equipment manufacturer
• One of the big banks
• A number of smaller companies
