  • On May 29th, 2013 the Government of the Russian Federation has approved the road map “Increasing  access  of  small  and  medium-sized businesses to the procurement of infrastructure monopolies and state-owned  companies”

    Official launch of the website of the Register (www.innoprod.startbase.ru) on November 30th, 2012

    Federal Law dated April 5th,  2013  “On  the  contract  system  in  the  procurement  of  goods,  works  and  services  for  state  and  municipal  needs”

    Creation of the Register of innovative products, technologies and services recommended to be used in the Russian Federation

    Introduction into legislation of public procurement opportunities on the basis of total cost of ownership as well as life cycle contracts for public purchases of complex and high-tech products

    Granting subsidies for co-financing the implementation of the regional programs of development of pilot clusters
