JANUARY – The Annual IAESTE Conference

MARCH / APRIL – Receiving a Nomination

APRIL / MAY – Accepting your student trainee

JUNE onwards – Your trainee starts work

The steps involved:

Access to students from 1000 + universities worldwide

Students in penultimate year of undergraduate study or recent graduates

Selection based on qualifications, relevant skills and knowledge,

motivation and linguistic ability

Traineeships in the UK are at a premium - UK employers receive the
