STATIONARY CONCRETE PLANTS

CONSTMACH manufactures stationary concrete plants which have production capacity between30 m3/h and 240 m3/h. Our Stationary Concrete Batching Plants are preferred for the projectswhich requires a long term ready mixed production at the same job site. With its capability toproduce any type of concrete, stabilized and problem free structure, warranty of spare part andtechnical service and high quality, CONSTMACH Stationary concrete plants are preferred by theprofessionals. Our concrete plants are designed and manufactured in accordance with CEstandards.

Pan mixers, single shaft mixers, twinshaft mixers or planetary type mixers can be used in ourconcrete plants according to the type and features of the concrete to be produced.

CONSTMACH Mobile Concrete Batching Plants are the best solution for location-variable projectswith its fast installable design, advantage of starting to the production in a short time andminimum infrastructure requirement. CONSTMACH Compact Concrete Batching Plant is a specially designed concrete plant model whichcan be transported within 40’ OT container and preferred in case of the area to be installed haslimited dimensions. With its easy portability and rapidly installable design and necessity ofminimum infrastructure investment, CONSTMACH Compact Concrete Plants offers economicadvantages to its users. Although its compacted and small design, our compact concrete plantmodels can reach high production capacities such as 60 m3/h.

SPECIAL DESIGN CONCRETE PLANTS

AGGREGATE STORAGE HOPPERS

Aggregate storage hoppers which are used in our concrete batching plants can be manufacturedwith 3,4,5 or 6 compartments regarding to the demand of our clients. Stock capacity of ourhoppers are between 45 m³ and 360 m³. Structural analysis are done for hopper legs and hopperbody. In case of request, it is possible to cover the hopper with heat isolated sheetmetals, to adapta grill and heating system by serpantine system. Aggregate weighing is done by 8 units loadcells.

MIXERS

Mixers which are used in our concrete batching plants can be pan, singleshaft, twinshaft orplanet type. HARDOX 400 or ST-52 which has high strength against abrasion are the materialof the innerliners of our mixers. Our mixers serve with no problem with their easymaintenance and spare part changing and long working life features.

CONVEYORS

Conveyors which are used in our concrete batching plantsare designed so that they have most appropriate workingangle and dimensions. 4 layered belt rubbers with highstrength against abrasion, electric motors with suitablepower and heavy duty gear boxes are used in ourconveyors. In our warehouse, it is always possible to findany spare part such as rollers, bearings, belt rubbers for ourconveyors.

WEIGHING HOPPERS

Weighing of cement, water and admixture are done by loadcells in our concrete plants. Cement,water and admixture hoppers are designed so that they will allow the production of any class ofconcrete. Material discharging from the weighing hoppers is done by WAM brand butterfly valveswith pneumatic actuators.

CEMENT SILOS

We manufacture two types of cement silo as welded and bolted type. Cement silo stock capacitiesare between 50 tons and 3000 tons. Dimensions of our cement silos are defined as it will requireminimum transport necessity. The parts of the cement silos are manufactured by special lasercutting and drilling technologies and they are implemented special surface cleaning procedure. Theparts also are manufactured in sensitive production facilities with special equipments and they arepainted with prime and final coating. The parts which are hung on automatic conveyor line, arepainted in special painting cabinets. Then the parts of the cement silos are packed speciallysuitable for transportation.

Our cement silos have all necessary accessories such as level indicators, electronic filter, safetyvalve, air jet and butterfly valves. Accessories are WAM brand which are the sector leaders.

CEMENT SCREW CONVEYORS

WAM brand cement screw conveyors with appropriate diameter, length and workingangle are used in our concrete plants. In addition to superior production technology,increased flight and tube thickness results in long and problem-free service life.Antistatic powder coating is applied after sandblasting for high corrosion resistance.

AUTOMATION SYSTEM

-The plant is fully automated and the system is controlled on a monitor with integratedmouse and keyboard connection points.- The system is equipped with Siemens electrical installation devices and sensors. Remotestations with distributed I/O stations are also part of the plant automation.- Advanced PLC programs and error control algorithms enable high sensitivity in weighingand dosagecontrol even at maximum capacity.- The MCC and command panel is built for all working conditions and equipped withelectrical protection systems.- The operator is able to set up all parameters, enter receipts and perform calibrationoperations.. All process, production and failure information are also visible and may be printed by theoperator.-The operator may chose between automatic or manual operations on the illuminatedmimic diagram.Digital indicators enable the operator to follow voltage and current values on the screen.- The system provides real-time
