Scope of the Plan

• Existing local agriculture resource persons in HVAP working areas.

• Trained but their knowledge and skill has not been updated and mobilised properly.

• Managing their own farm but not as a demonstration and learning centre.

• Not organised and established a network.

• This innovation plan is prepared to train, mobilise and to establish their farm as a demonstration and learninng centre so that local people will get benefit from the LARPs for the promotion of value agriculture crops.

Improving the living standard of local farmers by creating business opportunities in high value agriculture through the mobilization of LARPs.

ObjectivesGeneral objective• To develop a centre of learning so that other

farmers learn from the centre to improve their farm income.

Specific objectives• To train and mobilise local LARPs.• To develop a model farm for demonstration and

resource centre. • To develop a network of LARPs. • To transfer knowledge and skills through farmers

to farmers.
