Integrated engineering management including geological program analysis, issuance of technical requirements to the design, development of well design, or interaction with the design company in the course of design process to optimize technical solutions, issuance of technical requirements to the engineering and geological studies for positioning of a drilling rig and spudding the well, verification of permitting documentation package in accordance with the regulatory and legal framework and assisting the client in preparation of such a documentation package;

Well construction process management including integration of all contractors engaged, technical supervision over the drilling and testing process onboard the rig, keeping the well file, supervision of observance of Hse rules, integrated organization of logistics processes including management and dispatching services for supporting marine spread, supply of materials and equipment, disposal of drilling wastes, preparing daily reporting documentation;
