Founded in September 2011 by 5 business partners, InPact.me is platform for social entrepreneurs that allows high impact projects to be funded through an innovative crowdfunding model.
In April 2012, InPact.me won a competition after being selected as one of the 10 winners of Wayra Chile (a global start-ups accelerator) from more than 700 competitors.
Now we are looking for a Software Developer to join our team and help us to improve our platform in order to give the best experience for our entrepreneurs and funders.

Responsibilities *Programming, proposing and analyzing new functions for our platform *Gathering IT requirements made by the founders of InPact.me and also feedbacks given by the platform users *Setting a plan to develop the new functions of the platform resulted from the feedbacks and suggestions of InPact.me founders and users *Begin a feasibility plan to develop a global online community for social entrepreneurs
¿What do we expect? Is very important that the applicants has at least 1 year of experience developing Ruby on Rails.
We expect to have a professional that supports social entrepreneurship and have great knowledge in software development. InPact.me is a start-up that strives for excellence, continuously looking to improve our services and discover new opportunities. For that we are looking for someone proactive, flexible, innovator and of course… Entrepreneur!
