It’s easy to get started

Once your enrollment is in the Aetna system, all you need to do is sign up for Aetna Navigator:
Step 1 Fill in your basic information; Register with your Social Security Number
Step 2 Create a user name and password
Step 3 Set your preferences

signed up for the health plan
(e.g. employee, primary member)
• Dependent—a person covered by another person’s health plan
(e.g. spouse)

Create a Secure Log In • Create your user name
(remember, it’s case sensitive)
• At least six characters
• One letter
• One number
• Next, your password
• It can’t be your user name
• Choose your security question
• Type your answer
