Mark 7:1-2310 For Moses said, ‘Honor your father and your mother’; and, ‘Whoever reviles father or mother must surely die.’11 But you say, ‘If a man tells his father or his mother, “Whatever you would have gained from me is Corban”’ (that is, given to God)-

Mark 7:1-2314 And he called the people to him again and said to them, “Hear me, all of you, and understand:15 There is nothing outside a person that by going into him can defile him, but the things that come out of a person are what defile him.”

Mark 7:1-2317 And when he had entered the house and left the people, his disciples asked him about the parable.18 And he said to them, “Then are you also without understanding? Do you not see that whatever goes into a person from outside cannot defile him,

- You will either have a terrible sense of pride or,

- You will not feel like you are ever good enough

2 Corinthians 5:16-2116 From now on, therefore, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we once regarded Christ according to the flesh, we regard him this no longer.17 Therefore, is anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold the new has come.

2 Corinthians 5:16-2118 All this is from God, who though Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation;19 that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation.

2 Corinthians 5:16-2120 Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God21 For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
