October 2018
Happy Halloween! Everywhere we drive we see witches, ghosts, pumpkins, and if we are lucky we spy a gorgeous orange Corvette! Leaves are falling and frost has turned our flowers brown. For many of us this is the time we put our Corvettes to bed for the winter. This saves on insurance costs but it sure diminishes our driving fun! Speaking of driving fun, Steve and I had a blast at Track X II! Terry and Dan, thank you for all of your hard work which ensured all attendees had a great time at the track! Dee, thank you for making dinner reservations. Delicious! Regi, your Bourbon Cream, yum! Hopefully each member turned in their 2019 Membership Dues and forms to Wayne. Our VP Jim Morrison will be leading the November 13th meeting. We will be voting for Club officers, voting on by-laws changes, choosing our Christmas Party dinner menu and planning next year’s sanctioned events! Please come and voice your opin-ion as we get ready for another fun year! Enjoy beautiful Fall drives and… Save the Wave! Joni Barkyoumb
