M – MEASURE: We are using Digital Dashboard to measure our productivity and reveal process problems using OEE.

A – ANALYZE: We have created productivity teams and are now analyzing the data from Digital Dashboard. This is where we are now.

I – IMPROVE: Identify what changes need to be made and make those improvements to the various processes.

C – CONTROL: Use Digital Dashboard to verify that the improvements have been realized.
