Description:
Reflecting the commitment of UNASUR countries with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), ISAGS presents INSPIRA 2030. Out of a South American perspective, our new publication will approach the Goals and Targets agreed in 2015 by 193 heads of State with inputs and experiences (‘inspirations’) of the South American authorities and researchers. In our first issue on Health Workforce, we spoke with Francisco Campos, head of the Brazilian health system training platform, and Gilberto Ríos, director of the International Relations Advisory Board of Uruguay’s Health Ministry. Following that, we deepened the debate on specifics like interculturality (in an interview with Peruvian Research Institute’s Carmen Yon) and gender. We also took a closer look on the SERUMS programme in the section ‘Case Study’.
