Meetings must individually meet the $12,000 and 10 room nights on peak threshold to qualify for rewards. Options include: 80% attrition, 3% off applicable master bill charges, 1 complimentary guestroom

per 40, double Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards bonus points (up to 100,000), 5 complimentary room upgrades at the group rate, 25% off meeting room rental, 5 complimentary VIP amenities (Chef’s

choice) or 10% credit towards in-house audiovisual equipment. The 3% rebate to the master is applicable only on eligible guestroom, food and beverage (on non-labor costs) and meeting facility charges

associated with the event. Other incidental charges incurred at any hotel restaurants, shops and spa that are not stated in the sales contract and applied to the total final master bill are not covered by this

offer. Qualifying charges do not include any surcharges, gratuities, hotel fees, taxes or third-party charges by contractors (i.e.: florists, equipment rental, in-house A/V company, simultaneous translators, or

Rebate is payable to the company or organization holding the meeting and paying the master bill and will be issued as a credit on the final master bill, excluding non-qualifying charges as noted above, paid

Earning Hyatt Gold Passport Bonus Points: Planner will earn one (1) Hyatt Gold Passport bonus point for every eligible U.S. dollar actualized in conjunction with group/meeting guestrooms, catering/banqueting

charges associated with an eligible meeting or catered/banqueted event. To receive bonus points for guestrooms, a minimum of 10 paid rooms must be occupied on any given night for the planner to receive

bonus points for that night. Planner will receive bonus points for eligible catering/banqueting charges incurred in conjunction with the Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program, exclusive of any taxes,

gratuities, service charges and outside vendor/supplier charges. Planner may earn up to 100,000 Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points for each qualifying meeting, including applicable meeting and/or catering/

banqueting event, or for each separately booked catering/banqueting event at participating locations. Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points will be awarded for room revenue exclusive of room tax and incidental

changes. This promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of the Gold Passport program. Please allow 6-8 weeks after travel is completed for Gold Passport bonus points to be credited to your account.
