• End Bracket (EX-104) - Thisbracketcanbeusedinall applicationsforVersaiFence.Thebracketmountsonthe
insidefaceofthepost.
• Swivel Bracket (EXS-104) -Thisbracketisdesignedtobe utilizedforangledpanelinstallation.Thebracketmounts
ontheinsidefaceofthepost.Maximumangleis30o.
• Line Bracket (EXW-204) -Utilizingthisbracketisoneofthe easiestwaysofinstallingtheVersaiFence.Oncethepostis
installedinconcreteandset,installanEXW-204Bracketon each end of a panel with the bracket centered in the post ofthebracket.LightlytightentheBracketBolt/Nuttohold
thepanelinplace.Completethisstepforeachoftherails onthepanel.Afterallpanelshavebeeninstalledusingthis
method,returntoyourstartingpoint.Usinga2”X4”X72” [50mmx101mmx1829mm]asalever,insertthe boardunderthebottomofthepicketclosesttothepost andgentlypryuponthepicket.Thiswilladjusttheheight ofthepaneltotheneededheight.Withthepryboard inplaceandthepanelheightset,tightentheBracket Bolt/Nut.Onceallpanelshavebeenleveledandfasteners tightened,usingthe10mmNutDriver,installthe Self-TappingScrewsintothedesignatedholesoneachside
ofthebracket. Note: DO NOTovertightentheBracketBolt/Nutorthe Self-TappingScrew.
• Corner Bracket (EXW-304) -Thisbracketwasdesignedto beusedforCornerPostInstallation.

Wheninstallingthisbracket,thebracketsmustbeslid overthetopofthepostpriortoinstallinganypanels,in
thedirectiontheywillbeinstalled.Thisisabracketthat hasafixedpositiononthepostandchangeofdirectionis notpossibleoncepanelinstallationbegins.Forinstallation
ofthisbracket,thesetuplaidoutfortheEXW-204Bracket canbeutilizedinthesamemannerbyattachedthepanel tothebracketinitially,theninstallingtheSelf-Tapping Screwattheendoftheprocess.Whenpositioningthe
bracketsonthepost,thebottombracket(ofeachpanel connection)shouldbeinstalledupsidedown.Thisensures thattherailslineupforthedirectionchange.

Care And Maintenance Of Fortress Building Products Powder-Coated Products And Surfaces:
• ImmediatelyafterinstallationofyourFortressBuildingProducts, clean powder-coated products and surfaces with asolutionofwarmwaterandnon-abrasive,pHneutraldetergentsolution.Surfacesshouldbethoroughlyrinsedaftercleaningtoremoveallresidues.Allsurfacesshouldbecleanedusingasoftclothorsponge.
• Ensureconstructionmaterialssuchasconcrete,plaster,andpaintsplashesareremovedimmediatelybeforetheyhaveachancetodry.Failuretoremovethesematerialsmaycausedamagetothepowder-coatedsurfaces.
