  RESIN ANCHOR INSTALLATION MANUAL

1) General Safety and Precautions

1.1) Work Area Safety•

Do not operate the power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence offlammable liquids or gases. Power tools create sparks, which may ignite the fumes.

1.2) Electrical Safety• Power tool plugs must match the socket. Never modify the plug in any way.

• Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will increasethe risk of electric shock. Use waterproof equipment to perform underwater work.

• Use the extension cord that suitable for outdoor use to reduce the risk of electric shock.

1.3) Personal Safety• Use personal protective equipment such as goggle, dust mask, non-skid safety shoes,

hardhat, glove, safety attire or earplug for appropriate conditions to minimize personal injuries.

Stay alert; watch what you are doing when operating a power tool. Do not use a power toolwhile you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.

• Avoid accidental starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before plugging in. Do notcarry the tools with your finger on the switch of plugging in power tools.

• Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.

• Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application.

• Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or the battery pack from the power tool beforemaking any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools.

• Do not allow untrained persons to operate the power tools.

• Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of partsand any other condition that may affect the power tool's operation. Poorly maintained powertools cause accident.

• Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges

are less likely to bind and are easier to control.

1.4) Specific Precautions - Resin Capsule• Do not expose the resin capsule to direct sunlight during installation. Remove the capsule

from the case just before use. In outdoor installation, keep the capsule in shaded place.

• The resin capsule is good for six months. If being kept in a cool and shade place, the capsulecould still be used after 1 year. Never use the resin in capsule has lost its liquidity (Gel form). However, the resin in capsule changed in color or turned to milky, still its liquidity being kept, can be used.

• The capsule contains flammable ingredients, which immediately decompose upon exposureto high temperature.

- Keep capsules away from fire, sparks, and hot objects.- Do not extract the contents from the capsule.

- Do not use capsules for any purposes other than for embedment of bolts.• If the capsule container breaks during transportation, storage or handling.

- Be careful to avoid cuts and scratches by broken glass.- Wipe spilled contents with organic solvent, such as acetone.- Resin stick and harden on metal, wood or cement, remove with hammer or chisel.- In the event of liquid resin contact with the skin, wash with warm soapy water.- In the event of liquid resin contact with the eyes, rinse the eye with lukewarm or tap

water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention as soon as possible.

• Wear safety goggles or full-face mask throughout capsule handling and installation.

The resin capsule contains the environment friendly and non-polluting components.

10) Hardening

The nuts should be left on the anchor bolt and let the resin harden in accordance

with the recommended time.

11) Nut Disassembly

Detach the nuts with wrenches after the resin hardened.

The marine fender shall be installed 5-hours after the anchor bolts are inserted. The vessel can berth to the fender 24-hours after the fender is installed.
