While SanaGloss is engineered to keep your products cleaner for a longer period of time, there are a few simple steps that you can take to ensure you experience the best performance from your SanaGloss chinaware. What is SanaGloss Glazing? SanaGloss is TOTO’s patented, super-smooth glazing that prevents debris from sticking to surfaces. Toilets and lavatories are made of ceramic, a porous material that allows bacteria, mold and particles to stick to the surface creating stains, scaling and build-up. SanaGloss Glazing, along with regular cleaning, will keep your TOTO chinaware in pristine condition. Before you use your TOTO SanaGloss China Product: Your SanaGloss toilet or lavatory may have accumulated some dirt during shipping or installation. Before using your TOTO china product, we recommend cleaning the surface with a mild dish detergent, using a soft cloth for lavatories or a soft-bristled plastic brush for toilets. For regular cleaning of your SanaGloss product: Do: R Use a mild dish detergent R Use a soft cloth to clean your SanaGloss lavatory R Use a soft-bristled plastic brush to clean your SanaGloss toilet R Clean your SanaGloss lavatory or toilet regularly Don’t: Q Use cleanser, polishing powder or detergents that include gritty or coarse particles Q Don’t use chemical thinner, benzine, acid or alkaline detergent Q Don’t use metal scrub brushes or steel wool to clean your SanaGloss products * Failure to follow these specific cleaning instructions could result in damage to your TOTO china product.
