Now, the bottom edge and the side triangles are standing straight up. 10) Fold the edge down one more time through all thicknesses. 13) Untuck the shirt front and open the piece up so it is flat. From the center creased line, measure 1” away on both sides for the bag lines. 8) Carefully flatten the three sides by aligning the bottom edge with the top of the folded triangles. The triangle sides will flatten outward to become the sleeves of your shirt. 11) Turn the piece over again. Fold the top corners in with the points meeting at the center about 3/8” down from the top edge. Crease well. This is your shirt collar. 14) Crease well on these two new bag lines. The sleeve side and collar side should stand up. 9) Turn the piece over. Fold down the top edge 3/8” and crease well. NOTE: If you are using cardstock, it will be very thick so crease carefully and make sure it keeps its shape. 12) Fold up the bottom edge (sleeves) and tuck under the collar. Flatten and crease the bottom edge well. It should look like an elongated shirt. 15) To form the bottom of the treat bag, you will make similar folds as in steps 6 and 7. From the new creased bag lines, fold the center point diagonally to the side edge of the shirt. Align with the shirt edge. Crease the triangle line well. 16) Repeat for the other 3 points. As you make the folds, the bag will start to form with the sides starting to come up.

17) Fill the bag with treats. Tuck the sleeve shirt front under the collar points to close up bag.

18) Adding shirt details - You can use ready-made tiny buttons or create some from cardstock using a 1/4” hole punch and drawing in button holes with a fine tip marker. Glue dot to the center of the shirt front below the collar. Use a scrap of paper to make a tiny pocket if you want and glue to the shirt front.
