Please read these instructions before use of this product. Failure to followthese warning and the assembly instructions could result in injury or death. Please save manual for future use as it contains important information.

Read all instructions before assembling crib. KEEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE USE. Do not use this crib if the instructions cannot be strictly followed.

Two people will be needed to assemble this unit.

CAUTION: Any mattress used on this crib must be at least 27-1/4 inches by 51-5/8 incheswith a thickness not exceeding 6 inches.

DO NOT use a water mattress with this crib.

Ensure a safe environment for your child by checking regularly that every component is properlyand securely in place before placing your child in the crib. Make sure that all bolts and fastenersare tight.

Before each usage or assembly, inspect crib for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts, or sharp edges. DO NOT use crib if parts are missing or broken. Contact BabyAge.com forreplacement parts and instructional literature if needed. DO NOT substitute parts.

When a child is able to pull to a standing position, set mattress to lowest position and removebumper pads, large toys and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.

When child is able to climb out or reaches the height of 35 inches (90cm), the crib shall nolonger be used and can be converted to the transitional bed.

Strings can cause strangulation! DO NOT place items with a string around a child’s neck, suchas hood strings or pacifier cords. DO NOT suspend strings over a crib or attach strings to toys.

DO NOT place crib near window where the child may fall out or where cords from blinds or drapes may strangle the child. DO NOT place cords, straps or similar items that could become wound around the child’s neck in or near the crib.

Never use plastic shipping bags or other plastic fillm as mattress covers because they cancause suffocation.

If refinishing or touching up, use a non-toxic finish specified for children’s products.

To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backsto sleep, unless otherwise advided by your physician.

To help prevent strangulation, tighten all fasteners. A child can trap parts of the body or clothingon loose fasteners.

Infants can suffocate in gaps between crib sides and a mattress that is too small.

Follow warnings on all product in a crib.

WARNING: Infants can suffocate on soft bedding. Never add a pillow or comforter. Never place additional padding under an infant.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WARNINGS AND ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONSCOULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH FROM ENTRAPMENT OR STRANGULATION.

DO NOT place bed near windows where cords from blinds or drapes may strangle a child.

READ INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE assembling bed. KEEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE USE.Do not use this bed if the instructions can not be strictly followed.

CAUTION: The mattress intended for use on this bed shall be a full-size crib mattress havingminimum dimensions of 51-5/8 inches in length and 27-1/4 inches in width and 4 inches inthickness.

The minimum age shall not be less than 15 months and the maximum weight shall not begreater than 50 lbs (22.7kg).

Do not use a water mattress with this bed.

Do not place items with a string, cord, or ribbon around a child’s neck, such as hood stringsor pacifier cords.

Do not suspend strings over a toddler bed for any reason.

Make sure to place this bed in your child’s room keeping in mind hazards such as windows, walls,and other pieces of furniture. Windows are dangerous if the child can use the bed to climb outof the window. For other pieces of furniture and walls, a minimum of 12 inches is recommendedbetween the bed and the furniture or wall to reduce the risk a child may slide into the smallerspaces and suffocate.

Maintenance, Cleaning and Storage

Regularly check to make sure that the bolts are all fastened tightly. Due to regular wear andtear, they can come loose.

To clean bed, use only mild household soap and warm water. Do not use bleach or detergent.Do not use abrasive cleaners which can scratch the finish of the bed. Use clean soft cloths towash, rinse and dry. With proper care, the quality finish will last a long time. Wood surfacesmay be treated with a light application of a good grade of non-toxic furniture polish.

When this toddler bed is no longer needed, follow the assembly instructions in reverse todismantle it and store it in a safe and dry place so that it will not pose a danger to any child.

Store all hardware and these instructions inside the envelope attached to the mattress base tokeep it safe and handy for future use.

Using Eight (8) 35mm Phillips Screws (N) and Wing Nuts (O), attach the Mattress Support (R)to the Rails (D).

Using four ( 4 ) 57mm Bolts (J) and Large Barrel Nuts (L), attach the Headboard (A) and Footboard ( B) to the assembly completed in Step 1. Tighten Bolts using Allen Key (M) .

Using eight (8) 38mm Bolts (U) attach one Side Panel ( C ) to the Headboard ( A ) and Footboard ( B ) .

Using four (4) 30mm Flathead Wood Screws (Q), attach the Drawer Sides (F) to the DrawerFront (E). Next, insert the Nylon Corner Fixtures (P) into the pre-drilled holes in the DrawerDivider (G). Press the dowel pins of the Drawer Divider (G) into the Drawer Front (E) so thatthe routed grooves are lined up along the bottom of the drawer.

Tighten the screw in the Nylon Corner Fixtures (P)to secure the Drawer Divider to the Drawer Front.

Repeat for the other Side Panel (C).

Slide the Drawer Bottom Panels (H) into the grooves along the bottom of the drawer.

Align the Drawer Back (I) into the dowels of the Drawer Divider (G) making sure that theDrawer Bottom Panels (H) sit in the grooves of the Drawer Back (I). Using four (4) 30mmFlathead Wood Screws (Q), attach the Drawer Sides (F) to the Drawer Back (I).

Tighten the screw in the Nylon Corner Fixture (P)to secure the Drawer Divider to the Drawer Back.

This completes the drawer assembly.

Complete the assembly by sliding the drawerinto the rails along the underside of the crib.

CONVERTING TO A TODDLER BED

Remove the front Side Panel (C) byunscrewing the four (4) bolts as shown above .

Place the two (2) Small Barrel Nuts (X) into the Toddler Bed Rail (BB). Align the dowel pinsof the Toddler Bed Rail (BB) into the holes in the Headboard (A) and the Footboard (B).Complete the rail assembly with two ( 2 ) 57mm Bolts ( J ) and two ( 2 ) Lock Washer (K) as shown below.

Attach the Toddler Bed Guardrail (AA) to the Headboard (A) and Toddler Bed Rail (BB) usingthe three (3) 50mm Bolts (T) .

Plug the three open holesin the Toddler Bed Rail (BB)with three (3) 15mm Bolts (S).

Plug the open holes in theHeadboard (A) and Footboard (B)using the 15mm Bolts (V) andPlug Nuts (W).

Remove the Toddler Guard Rail (AA) by removing the three (3) 50mm Bolts (T).Store the Toddler Guard Rail for future use.Plug the remaining three holes in thetop of the Toddler Bed Rail ( BB ) and Headboard (A) with 15mm Bolts ( S )
