1 Important Points
1.1 RTSClient should be running and visible as Yellow Icon in the Taskbar right bottom
1.2 Check that the PC is connected to the CBS Network (Banks LAN)
2 Application Form Scanning process for Testing at PNB Branch Put the Documents in the Scanner, Order would be as follows:
Points to remember: 1. Barcode should be on the downside for all the Forms Patch Sheets and Application Form 2. Face of the 1st Document which is Patch Sheet with Barcode on Downside should be towards
the Scanner 3. All the Documents as per the order mentioned in the Table above should put in the Scanner Screen shot for reference and tif files mentioned above are attached.

RIGHT CLICK ON THE RTSCLIENT YELLOW ICON AND CHECK THE STATISTICS THAT COUNT HAS INCREASED ONCE THE SCANNED FOLDER IS DELETED FROM PUBLISH FOLDER
Check the Publish Folder the Document Folder will be created and will get deleted automatically when it will be transferred to Bangalore Note: RTSClient Should be Running as ICON in the Taskbar

1.2.1 Document Not getting deleted from Publish Folder Please check that RTSClient is running and PC is connected to the FTP Server 10.150.23.199
1.2.2 Document not getting scanned
Please check that Scanner Settings and TWAIN is Selected.
1.2.3 What will I do with premium cheque or how will I deposit the initial premium?
Use the Prem Pay deposit slip pdf format available in Met Smart (Knowledge Repository) and drop the payment at PNB branch. Attach the acknowledged copy (duly stamped and signed by PNB) of the deposit slip with application form while scanning through docue-capture. Refer to PNB New Business Process Note version 1.0 for details.
1.2.4 Where will I get Lien challan format? Use the Lien challan format is available in Met Smart (Knowledge Repository). Attach the acknowledged copy (duly stamped and signed by PNB) of the deposit slip with application form while scanning through docue-capture. Refer to PNB New Business Process Note version 1.0 for details.

1.2.5 Which physical application forms and documents should I send for archival?
Application status OTHER THAN the following should be sent for archival- METSMART STATUS BRANCH DE & QC CPU DE CPU QC RESCAN REJECT PENDING FOR SCAN SCMA PENDING UNDER PROCESSING_C UNDER PROCESSING_R UNDER PROCESSING Met Smart Status can be checked from STATUS column in the application screen on home page.
1.2.6 Where should I send the original application form and other documents post scanning?

1.2.7 How would I submit ‘requirement documents’ or ‘counter offer acceptance’ if any?
Following steps should be followed-

1. Use request management option in Met Smart.
2. Submit the requirement by selecting “request" in category and respective subcategory. E.g.
*Select the applicable ‘sub type’ from the drop down and upload the document before final submission. Sub types available -
1. NB Refund : Refund Letter to be uploaded as given by the customer 2. NB Fund Transfer : Fund Transfer Letter to be uploaded as given by the
Customer 3. NB Withdrawn : Withdrawn Letter to be uploaded as given by the Customer

4. NB Counter Offer : Counter Offer Letter to be uploaded as Signed by the Customer
5. NB Additional Documents: Any Other Medical/Non Medical Document to be uploaded e.g.: PAN Doc, Income proof, DOB proof etc which may be missed when scanning the document or required by MetLife later.
