13 Instructions for Poster presenter Odd numbered posters present on Thursday, even numbered posters present on Saturday Posters should be no larger than 36” x 48”. Poster Boards, stands, and clips will be provided to mount your poster. Posters listed (pages 15 and 31) with BLUE BACKGROUND present on the 1 st hour, those with WHITE BACKGROUND present on the 2 nd hour. Poster set up for SESSION I is Thursday 2:005:00 pm. Each stand will have a number corresponding to your assigned number in the final PROGRAM. Posters from session I must be removed on Friday between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. Poster set up for SESSION II is Friday 4:006:00 pm. Each stand will have a number corresponding to your assigned number in the final PROGRAM.
