What is a vision? Do I have a vision for the future? What is a visionary leader? Who are visionary leaders in our world? Can I be a visionary leader? How would I do that? How can I influence others to act? What kind of communica=on creates the most impact? What are the most effec=ve ways to reach others when I want them to take ac=on? Is it possible to see into the future? How can you see what’s possible in a world with so much uncertainty? What do I see when I look past tomorrow? Oneness Family High School students will par=cipate in a 13-class series based upon the successful Visionary Leadership® Academy for execu=ves in Washington, DC., culmina=ng in a group presenta=on open to friends, family and local execu=ves. The curriculum will cover: • Contribu)on – making a difference in our world • Vision – the ability to look into the future and see the possibili=es in areas we care about • Change Leadership – how we influence those around us to take ac=on • Self-transforma)on – inten=onally choosing to grow ourselves to build our capacity to contribute, vision, and lead change Program taught by Seth Kahan, a visionary leadership specialist who has worked for the president of the World Bank, director of the Peace Corps, senior execu=ves at Royal Dutch Shell and 100+ CEOS in the Washington DC area.
