Why study this course?This course will introduce participants to the skills of an incident investigator. They will learn how to participate in an incident investigation, and learn about the concepts, techniques and tools necessary to conduct effective internal safety investigations. Special attention is given to analysing the underlying causes of accidents and incidents in order to determine causes, and make recommendations.

AimParticipants in this course will be provided with an understanding of the air traffic control accident investigation process and will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to participate in and support formal investigations.
