Under these regulations each product is individually tested in water at 10,000V and subjected to the following 5 batch test stages: Under a force of 20N and heat up to 70°C, tools are applied to 5000V for 3 minutes to ensure no dielectric breakdown. 5000 V AFTER PENETRATION TEST 100% INSPECTED BEFORE SHIPMENT Individual insulated tools are inspected to 10000V before shipment.
