Our Advanced Productions Lines

INTCO Medical has been selling exam gloves since its inception in 1989. Mr. Frank Liu, CEO of

INTCO International Holding, is one of the earliest introducers and pioneers of the vinyl exam glove

in China. Together with other glove pioneers we have lead mainland China into the largest produc-

tion center of disposable vinyl gloves in the world.

Now as one of the largest manufacturers and exporters in China, INTCO owns 24 automatic dispos-

able glove production lines and 32 partially invested production lines exporting 4500 million pieces

of gloves every month. We have expanded our production lines to meet the increasing demand

from our clients. By the end of year 2011, the new facility in Qingzhou with most advanced produc-

tion lines will be in full production.

In order to produce the highest quality gloves, we ensure our manufacturing process and quality

control is always meeting the stringent FDA and ASTM requirements.

At various stages of the manufacturing process, assorted sampling and quality control tests are

routinely carried out to monitor our operation and product quality. These tests include 1000ml

watertight test, air inflation test, chemical residue test, visual inspection, etc.

Our manufacturing facilities have implemented the ISO 9001 Quality Systems, and have adopted

the EN 455 standards. We are always in compliance with the FDA Good Manufacturing Practice

(GMP).
