HISTORY

PT. Integrasi Solutions or also known as INTEGRASI was founded in 1999. INTEGRASI formerly was a public listed company in Jakarta Stock Exchange, known as PT. Integrasi Teknologi Tbk, and was later changed into private company in 2007. INTEGRASI provides wide range information technology solutions from infrastructure, printing, document management, software development and. IT outsourcing

For the first time INTEGRASI (as PT. Integrasi Teknologi Tbk) started to offer its stock/share to the public or also known as Initial Public Offering (IPO) and thus changed into public listed company in Jakarta Stock Exchange.

INTEGRASI was chosen as INTEGRASI started to provider for software, expand its new services hardware and IT services for by starting printing and the National General Election imaging solutions. In this (PEMILU) in Indonesia which field, INTEGRASI established was held by the National a partnership with Hewlett Elections Commission Packard (HP) and became (KPU). The project was very a part of Hewlett Packard successful and praised Office Printing Specialist by both national and (HP-OPS). Until now international observers. INTEGRASI has successfully

implemented thousands of Multifunction Printer units, managed the printingand imaging infrastructure throughout the customers spread across Indonesia.It also has more than 80 service point across most regions in Indonesia.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Integrasi won the National General Election 2004 project. It was the single largest and the most complex Information Technology project in 2004 in Indonesia. We successfully developed, deployed and supported Information Technology infrastructure for Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) or the National Elections Commission.

We have distributed, installed, and supported 8,000 personal computers to around 5,000 locations in some cities, rural and remote areas all over Indonesia in 51 days. We also distributed, deployed, installed the application, built data centers and disaster recovery centers that connects to the personal computers in all over the country. These infrastructures supported three elections: Parliamentarian Election, First Round and Second Round Presidential Election. We provided help desk support to all technical issue 24/7 for one year. The project was completed successfully, and so far it is considered as the most successful IT of National General Election.

NATIONAL GENERAL ELECTION OUTSOURCING PART OF INDONESIAN NATIONAL CRIME INFORMATON SYSTEMS

We support LG CNS for the development of “Indonesian National Crime Information System." We provide 18,000 man days of outsourcing professional services consisting of Project Manager, Oracle DBA, System Analyst, Java Developer, Net Developer, Quality Assurance, Tester and Technical Writer.

BOEHRINGER INGRLHEIM REGION ASIA AFRICA AND AUSTRALIA

We developed and implemented business process management and SOA solution for regional office of Boehringer Ingelheim. We provided professional software development and integration services from requirement, design, development and testing, to the deployment phase. This has been done for the regional office of Boehreinger Ingelheim in Indonesia, India and Singapore.

We collaborated with Hewlett Packard as Office Printing Specialist (HP-OPS) which focuses in total solution of printing and imaging. We provide printing management service to our customers, not just merely multifunction printer rentals. We do a total outsourcing service in printing to help our customers by simplifying their printing, reducing their cost of printing, and make their business more productive and efficient.

We have experienced and competent team who understands every detail of the printing process. We are also able to create a complete assessment, make good recommendations, give financial stimulations and deliver real and perfect solutions to our customers.

We have experience for more than five years, and we have deployed thousands of large printers to the big organizations and companies, and support more than 80 cities throughout Indonesia.Most of the companies have to manage a very complex
