2. Initial password change / notification destination email address setting
Note! The password is 12 to 32 characters including one or more single-byte alphanumeric characters.
*You don't need to change it regularly, but make sure it's a complex password that's hard to guess.
You cannot set (XXX.ebara.com or XXX.g.ebara.com) as the notification email address. (Ebara Group employees only)
You may not be able to specify a carrier email such as "@ docomo.ne.jp" or "@ ezweb.ne.jp" as your personal address.
The setting completion email will be sent to the "Notification destination email address" (the email address at the bottom of
the destination on screen 4).

Note! If you log in with the initial password, the password change screen will be forcibly displayed.
Password lock occurs when you fail 10 times in a row.Check the set value by turning on the eye mark ( ) to see if the input contents are correct.
If you make a mistake 7 times in a row, the following countdown message will be displayed. If you see this message, perform password initialization in "5. Password initialization".
If you make a mistake 10 times in a row, the following message will be displayed.
If you see this message,please contact the "11. Contact" section of this manual.

4. Password change / notification email address change
Note! The password is 12 to 32 characters including one or more single-byte alphanumeric characters.
*You don't need to change it regularly, but make sure it's a complex password that's hard to guess.
The same operation is required when logging in with the initial password or the expired password. The setting completion email will be sent to the "notification email address" (the address at the bottom shown on screen 4).

Note! The email address is your EBARA email address (XXX.ebara.com or XXX.g.ebara.com). The initialized email will be sent to the "Notification Email Address" (the address at the bottom of the email address on screen
4).

6. Notification destination email address registration / change
Note! You cannot set (XXX.ebara.com or XXX.g.ebara.com) as the notification email address. (Ebara Group

The system which is not set radio button is fixed the listing position , cannot move above these systems.

FAQ
How to unlock the password?
Please ask "Contact" to reset.
If you make a mistake 10 times in a row, password lock will occur. If you make a mistake 7 times in a row, the following message will be displayed. Check the setting value by turning on the eyeball mark ( ) to see if the input contents are correct.
Not receive the password initialize mail.
Please check the registered contents of the notification e-mail address.
For details, refer to "Registering / Changing Notification E-mail Address" in the manual.
The main reasons for not receiving notifications are as follows. ✓The registration details are incorrect.✓Carrier emails such as "@ docomo.ne.jp" and "@ ezweb.ne.jp" are specified.
If you do not receive the notification email even though your registration
details are correct, please contact us at the "Contact" address.
Can I make sorting access permision list?

Which language can I select ?
It is Japanese, English and Chinese.
The default language of choice is based on the OS of your computer.Please contact the person in charge of business for the correspondence in the business system beyond the access permission list.
Can I check / change the notification email address?
Possible.

Is there a way to confirm the password I entered?
Is possible.

What are the rules for changing passwords?
The password policy for integrated authentication is as follows. ✓No password expiration ✓The password must be between 12 and 32 characters. ✓Mix one or more half-width alphanumeric symbols
※The following 4 characters cannot be used as symbols"; (Semicolon)" "(Double quote)" "<(Small)" "> (Large)"
※No password change reminders will be sent as the password never expires

How to make a long and complicated password?
Example of how to make a long password.
① Original: Decide on your favorite phrases, entertainers, lyrics, etc."Heat and Sincerity"
② Alphabet: Replace with Roman alphabet. netsutomakoto
③ Connect with the password in use with "_" (underscore)Example: Password in use 「ebara123」 → netsutomakoto_ebara123
④Change the first letter to uppercase lettersNetsutomakoto_ebara123( 22 characters )
How to add, change or delete the system in the access permission list?

What if I want to change notifications, inquiries, or manuals about the allow list?
Please fill out and apply for the integrated authentication system usage application.
Can‘t log in to my computer with the integrated authentication password.
Remote work, even if you change the password for integrated authentication, it will not be synchronized with the login password on your computer. (Synchronized when connected to the company network such as going to work)
Until synchronization, you need to manage two passwords, one for integrated authentication and one for your computer.
