Integrated Certificate Integrated Caste certificates are issued to the SC, ST, BC and OC castes. This Certificate is being issued for Caste, Date of Birth and Nativity. This certificate is used for education and employment...etc. Category Type: B User Charges: Rs45/- SLA: 30 Days Documents Required: 1. Application Form* 2. Caste Certificate issued to the family members 3. SSC marks memo or DOB extract or Transfer certificate 4. 1 TO 10th study certificates or DOB certificates issued by Municipality/Gram Panchayath 5. Ration Card/EPIC Card /AADHAR CARD* 6. Schedule I to IV 7. Migrant certificate, Previously issued Caste Certificate, Previously issued any Caste Certificate for the family members, Certificate of confirmation from the residing Tahsildar( in case of Migrant) * Denotes mandatory requirement of documents. Procedure for Applying: Operator clicks on Revenue Department services to go to Revenue Department services In Revenue Department Services Select “Integrated Certificate” Service like in the below screen.

* Denotes mandatory requirement of documents. Procedure for Applying:

♦ Operator clicks on Revenue Department services to go to Revenue Department services

♦ In Revenue Department Services Select “Integrated Certificate” Service like in the below screen.

♦ After selecting the “Integrated Certificate” Service in the Revenue Department services, the below screen will be displayed.

♦ Operator enters all the applicant details and Caste Certificate particulars such as Issued Caste Certificate in Past, Caste Claimed, Caste Category, Education Certificate Contains Caste, Purpose of Caste Certificate and Religion etc.

♦ Select Caste From caste claimed. Caste category Field must be shown corresponding caste category when you are selecting the Caste from caste claimed dropdown. Like shown in the below Screen.

Note: - If Caste claimed selected as Settibalija than select Are you migrant yes or No. if yes select migrant district, Migration proof Document.

♦ Operator collects the necessary supporting documents as indicated in the service

page and scans the same documents and uploads into the system. like shown in the below Screen

Please note that all the mandatory fields have to be entered, otherwise request will not be accepted by the system.

Please Note that Operator has to select the Permanent Address of the applicant correctly as the concerned mandal officials visit this place during the verification of his/her Caste particulars

♦ After entering all the mandatory fields and uploading the necessary supporting

documents, Operator clicks on “Show Payment” button like shown in the below screen.

♦ After Clicking on “Show Payment” It will go to Conform Payment. As shown in the below Screen.

♦ Based on the delivery option chosen by the citizen, the service charges will be

calculated and displayed in the show payment. Like as below Screen.

♦ Operator collects the amount from the citizen and submits the request by

Clicking on “Conform Payment” button. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ After operator submits the request and on confirmation the receipt is generated as shown below along with the Certificate Delivery Date.

Please note that in case if you do not have sufficient balance with your service provider (SCA), system will not accept the request.

♦ On submission, the request will go to respective Tahasildhar workflow for further processing.

♦ Once the request is approved by Tahasildhar, then Integrated caste certificate will be dispatched through courier to the citizen’s address if delivery type is Speed post – Local/ Speed post – Non Local.

♦ If Delivery Type Is Manual then, then citizen collect the Certificate from franchisee where he/she applied.
